1.Does KINGRI offer an alteration service?
A complimentary alteration service is available on full priced garments within 15 days of purchase. This complimentary service is only available for basic alterations. All alterations will be chargeable for sale items and garments after 15 days of purchase.
2. How should I wash and maintain the products I buy from KINGRI?
We recommend Dry-clean for first few times and after that you can ensure that they last for a long time by:
• Washing them in cold water;
• Avoiding soaking them;
• Drying them in shade.
We are confident that your garments will remain in excellent condition if handled this way.
Note: Dark colors such as Indigo and Maroon tend to rub against the skin and other surfaces. However, this quality of the fabric dwindles away after 4 to 5 washes. Kindly take note before purchasing such colors.
Note: Only Dry-clean is accepted for garments of Chanderi fabric.

FABRIC AND PRINTING DISCLAIMER
We use premium fabrics for all our garments hand sourced by our team. All our prints are Hand-Blocked Printed and may marginally vary in each batch of print. All photographs are for representation purpose and are shot to try and look as close as possible to the original product ordered but may have marginal colour variations from the actual product.
We use an "all over print" design for most our products and the positioning of artwork may be different from that as displayed in the picture.
CARE
Each of our pieces is hand-crafted and made with a lot of love and care. We use hand-loom/organic mulmul fabric.
We request you to look after each piece with utmost care. All pieces are dry clean only. The right care is necessary to maintain longevity of handcrafted pieces.
Since we work with handloom cotton, there is bound to be slight colour bleeding for the first few washes for certain colours only. With each wash the fabric only gets softer.
